Studio Museum’s Move to a New Ticketing System
Studio Museum in Harlem is opening a new building in Fall 2024. With this large (and exciting!) institutional change came the need to obtain and implement a ticketing and admissions system to handle their expanding programming and attendance and better engage patrons. After speaking with several museum colleagues about their needs, Studio Museum was referred to JCA.

A Top to Bottom Technology Transformation
In early 2022, with renewed focus on future fundraising, the University of Toledo Foundation leadership recognized it was time to evaluate current systems and processes. Their goal: to position the Foundation’s advancement team with the right set of tools to strengthen alumni engagement and grow donor support.

Celebrating Milestones
In 2023, our Professional Services team celebrated several milestones, including Liz Murray being promoted to Director of Professional Services, Rashida Brown being promoted to Senior Consultant, and our newest consultant, Sarah Cronin joining the team. We also had several team members highlighted for their stellar work, including Brittany Ivey and Shannon Abitbol.
JCA Team Volunteers as Part of Company-Wide Initiative
For a number of years, JCA has offered paid volunteer time to our staff. This year, we challenged our staff to increase our reach. To further strengthen our communities, we set a goal of providing 350 volunteer hours to our communities. To date, we are proud to say that we have over 310 hours completed or committed in 2023.
2023 Company Meeting in Portland
At the end of April, 22 of JCA’s employees gathered in Portland, Oregon for our annual company meeting.
Each day of the meeting consisted of sessions programmed, developed, and presented by our team. Every member participated in a session—leading a discussion, presenting new service offerings, guiding us through a team-building activity, and more. Read more
