The RMA is Getting a Major Update

We are thrilled to announce that our team is working on a large-scale modernization of the RMA (Revenue Management Application) that will catapult our clients into the new generation of technology. Using machine learning, artificial intelligence, and state-of-the-art product design, the upgraded version of the RMA will allow our clients to leverage the latest technological advances to reach their revenue and attendance goals.

In the new RMA, clients will still have access to the depth and breadth of sales analysis available in the current RMA but will gain the additional benefit of automated dynamic pricing and predictive modeling features. By minimizing staff effort and maximizing results, the new RMA will be the solution to performing arts organizations’ revenue management needs.

The current schedule for the upgrade is as follows…

In late 2024, we will release the new version of the RMA that is entirely web-based. This new version will feature the RMA reports that our clients know and love, plus:

  • A more modern, intuitive, and low-maintenance user experience
  • Web-based infrastructure—no more Citrix desktop login needed!
  • Ease of use on mobile or tablet devices
  • Compatibility with Tessitura v15 & v16
  • A new name!

Then, in early 2025, we will release an advanced module of the RMA that will utilize artificial intelligence to deliver:

  • Automated dynamic pricing recommendations (and write-backs to Tessitura)
  • Advanced predictive sales modeling
  • Milestones, a new feature to keep track of key events that influence sales

For those already using the RMA, don’t worry—the upgrade to this next generation version will be swift and easy, both in terms of the software upgrade itself and the staff training. For new clients, onboarding to the software will require minimal work for your team.

Over the next several months, we will continue to deliver updates and share new functionality within the RMA. We can’t wait to show you what we have waiting in the wings!
