Theo Soulopulos is the CIO of Jacobson Consulting Applications, Inc. (JCA), a firm founded in 1988 to provide information management services to nonprofit organizations. Theo joined JCA in 1998 and has transformed the technology of the company and its clients.

Under his direction, the IT department provides a wide spectrum of services to nonprofits ranging from technology planning, network implementation and office relocations, to fully outsourced IT. Theo has established a support culture of excellence that is demonstrated in every client interaction, from the smallest request to the largest project. Theo's clients include Madison Square Boys and Girls Club, National Council of Jewish Women, Abyssinian Baptist Church, International Women’s Health Coalition, RE:Gender, The Apollo, ORT America, and Partnership for the Homeless.

Prior to joining JCA, Theo worked with NYU Medical Center and Hunter College. He also operated his own business while attending NYU.

Theo earned a BS degree in Computer Science from New York University. He maintains certifications from industry leaders such as Microsoft, Citrix, and Novell.
