Director, Products

James Walker is JCA's Director of Products, overseeing product development and strategy for the company's software platforms and services (including JCA AnswersTM, ArtifaxEvent, Revenue Management ApplicationTM, Segmentation EngineTM, T-StatsTM, and Tessitura DashboardsTM).

As a respected and longtime nonprofit technology professional, James brings a wealth of knowledge in software development, business intelligence, project management and nonprofit leadership, as well as extensive experience in ticketing, marketing, advancement and digital media. Prior to joining JCA he held positions with Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Stratford Shakespeare Festival and Oxfam Canada.

James also previously served on the Board of the Tessitura Network and was the Vice President of the Board of CIOArts, an organization comprised of leading technology professionals at cultural organizations across North America. His reputation as a thought leader within nonprofit technology circles is a tremendous benefit to JCA and its clients.
