Anne Choe, Sarah Gillett, and James Powell are the latest JCA Rock Stars!
Our involvement with Artifax started back in 2002, when we were working on a CRM project for the Minneapolis Institute of Arts (Mia). One of the systems that Mia chose was Artifax and Steve Jacobson personally did the implementation. He thought that it was great software and, in 2005, JCA signed an agreement with Artifax to become the support and services provider for Artifax Event in North America.
In 2011, Anne Choe joined our Artifax services team and immediately excelled in her role. Clients loved her! And her co-workers, too. She later expanded her role to include Artifax sales and, as you all know, she has done exceptionally well at that, too.
James Powell joined the team in 2015, having previously held several senior roles for Artifax in the UK. James knew everything about Artifax Event. The Windows version back then could be challenging… but there wasn’t an Artifax v3 issue that James couldn’t solve. And clients who were having issues would immediately calm down once they experienced James’ cool demeanor and heard his soothing English accent.
Fast forward to 2016 and we were looking for help again. Anne and James had their eye on Sarah Gillett, a superstar Artifax power user, who worked at Harbourfront Centre in Toronto. We couldn’t wait to have Sarah on board the JCA train. Sarah has proven to be an invaluable resource for our Artifax clients. She knocks out support tickets in record time and can figure out any challenge that the users report. And, she always does it with a smile and a can-do attitude.
I could go on and on about our Artifax team—their excellence, dedication and expertise. They are that good. Congratulations Anne, Sarah and James, you truly rock!
