Jonathan Carpenter Promoted to Program Manager, Performing Arts

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Carpenter to Program Manager, Performing Arts. Jonathan joined the JCA team in 2020, and has since shown an amazing ability to provide excellent support and counsel to his clients. As Consultant on the JCA Arts Marketing and later Strategy & Insights team, Jonathan showed exemplary knowledge of the industry, ability to listen to clients’ challenges and propose solutions, nurture sales opportunities, and drive forward excellent ideas for content. Jonathan also is an invaluable member of JCA’s “JEDI” (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) team—showing compassion for his colleagues and leading the company in its JEDI initiatives.

As Program Manager for the Performing Arts, Jonathan will work to strengthen the support that JCA provides to our colleagues in the field. He’ll work with our consulting team to develop thought leadership & content, grow relationships with current and prospective clients, and ensure our services meet the industry’s needs. In this role, Jonathan will also continue to support his many clients in Tessitura work, revenue management, and audience analysis.
