JCA Promotes Cynamon Board and Erik Marin

JCA is pleased to announce two new promotions: Cynamon Board to Engineering Manager and Erik Marin to Principal Engineer.

A 15-year JCA veteran, Cynamon Board will bring her expertise, insight, and focus in the role of Engineering Manager. She is an experienced software engineer who gets to the heart of the issue quickly, clearly communicates her ideas, and collaborates so well with her engineering teammates and others from across the company. In her new role, Cynamon will continue as an engineer, schedule and manage engineers’ time and remove roadblocks for the engineering team.

Erik Marin is being promoted to Principal Engineer after 13 years of service at JCA. Erik has brought his expert engineering and problem-solving skills to many key projects at JCA. He has architected and built many of the software solutions that JCA is known for, including the RMA and the Arts Engine Platform (AEP). In his expanded role, Erik will continue his engineering work, yet provide engineering technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team. Erik will work closely with the JCA Arts Marketing team, providing technical guidance on product support, product maintenance, and product management.
