An Announcement about JCA Arts Marketing

We’re excited to announce the evolution of our JCA Arts Marketing team, designed to provide even stronger support for our arts and culture clients.

When JCA purchased The Pricing Institute in 2014 and created JCA Arts Marketing, our team of arts marketing consultants was dedicated to pricing and audience behavioral research that served arts marketing teams. While we are still committed to the industry-leading pricing work and audience research that have defined our consulting, we feel that it’s time to embrace our expanded services to this sector.

Moving forward, JCA Arts Marketing will be split into JCA Performing Arts and JCA Museums & Attractions. With this shift, we are recognizing the full breadth of consulting services that JCA provides not only for arts marketing teams but also for ticketing teams, membership teams, development & fundraising teams, programming & artistic teams, IT teams, finance teams, and others. We are also recognizing our dedication to promoting the use of data to accelerate the unique needs of these two arts and culture verticals—performing arts and museums & attractions.
