MORE ABOUT SARAH
Where do you work? Where are you from?
I am a Massachusetts native and consider the Boston/MetroWest area to be my home. I grew up in Norfolk, MA, and now live and work in the neighboring town of Franklin. Despite brief stints in Syracuse, NY, and Hartford, CT, I’ve always come back to MA!
What do you do at JCA?
I’m a consultant for the Professional Services team, which means I work with our clients to help them improve their use of technology so they can achieve their organization’s goals. I love putting together the puzzle of the client’s needs with available tech solutions to help them find the right fit.
What is your background? What brought you to JCA?
I was first introduced to JCA when I worked at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts in Hartford, CT. I was not only impressed with their work, but they also opened my eyes to the world of nonprofit consulting. When it was time to hang up my performance operations hat, I knew consulting was going to be the next chapter in my career. And over a decade after my first engagement with JCA, here I am!
What do you do outside of JCA?
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially my two beautiful daughters. Watching them grow up has been the greatest privilege and joy. I also love trying new recipes, hiking with my dog, and volunteering with the Franklin Cultural Council, a local subsidiary of the Massachusetts Cultural Council (a stage agency).
