As the Vice President, you direct JCA’s product strategy, with a focus on driving the growth of Vivian, our flagship product, while positioning it alongside future solutions to meet evolving client needs and maintain a competitive edge. You are integral to identifying and implementing advancements that strengthen our offerings, expand our product portfolio, and build business opportunities. You lead efforts to enhance Vivian’s capabilities, reinforcing JCA’s reputation as ingenious, trusted nonprofit technology partners.Â
