Timmy Metzner has worked with numerous clients across the arts & culture spectrum to design and implement unique and tailored marketing strategies. These clients include Spoleto Festival, Steppenwolf Theatre, Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, National Ballet of Canada, Opera Philadelphia, and many more. He has a passion for working to remove the unseen barriers between arts institutions and their audiences, boosting the financial gains of organizations, and helping to build loyal long-term patrons and donors. With expertise in pricing & scaling houses, audience segmentation, customer behavior analysis, and business strategy, Timmy brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients.
Before joining JCA, Timmy worked at various regional theaters on the East Coast, focusing on innovative ticketing and audience development strategies. He also was an integral part of the team establishing the inaugural Connectivity Department at Woolly Mammoth Theatre in Washington, DC. Timmy focused on expanding entry points for greater audience engagement beyond performance. Timmy has a B.A. in Theatre from Messiah College.
