Timmy Metzner is an expert in pricing and packaging cultural experiences to get results for organizations. Working with clients across the arts & culture spectrum, Timmy has developed innovative, data-driven strategies for clients of all sizes, including Spoleto Festival, Center Stage of Baltimore, National Ballet of Canada, Lyric Opera of Chicago, and many more. With expertise in scaling houses, segmentation, customer behavior, and marketing, Timmy brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients.
Before joining JCA, Timmy worked at various regional theaters on the East Coast, focusing on innovative ticketing and audience development strategies. He also was an integral part of the team establishing the inaugural Connectivity Department at Woolly Mammoth Theatre in Washington, DC. Timmy focused on expanding entry points for greater audience engagement beyond performance. Timmy has a B.A. in Theatre from Messiah College.
