Vassar College kicks-off thankQ CRM implementation with JCA
After a comprehensive request-for-proposal process, Vassar College selected thankQ CRM, a cutting-edge fundraising and membership management system, to replace their current system. JCA, the implementation partner for thankQ CRM, has been working closely with the team at Vassar during the project planning phase. The company will continue to work with Vassar through to the eventual go-live of their new system.
Steve Jacobson, CEO of JCA, says of thankQ CRM: “JCA has been around for 30 years and the usability of thankQ CRM is beyond anything we’ve seen on the market. The ability to sit down and intuitively gain a feel for the product is extraordinary. We’re so excited to be working with Vassar on the implementation and believe it will be a great system for them not only in usability, but for raising more money.” Jacobson explained “thankQ will provide major gift officers a view into the data that they really need. The analytics you can do from it are phenomenal.”
Says Mary Carole Starke, Associate Vice President of Operations at Vassar College “we entrusted JCA and their staff of consultants to help guide us from the start, beginning with an analysis of our needs, making us aware of the market options and helping us make an informed decision. We look forward to continuing our work with JCA on our thankQ CRM implementation and designing a system that will help us achieve our strategic goals.”
A kick-off was recently held on Vassar's campus to officially launch the start of the implementation. Almost 100 guests representing Vassar College, thankQ USA (the sole distributor of thankQ CRM in the US), and JCA were in attendance at Alumnae/i House to officially mark the project kick-off.
